Giuliani, Trump lawyers claim election fraud ‘national conspiracy’ by Democrats

The former mayor said in a press conference, 'If you count the lawful votes, Trump won Wisconsin, by a good margin. Indeed, if you count the lawful votes in Pennsylvania, he won it by about 300,000 votes.'

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — In a press conference on November 19, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani and other top Trump attorneys laid out evidence of voter fraud in the November 3 election in cities across several swing states. Fraudulent election practices in these predominately Democratic areas were not isolated events, they said.

Giuliani asked, “What happened on the morning of November 3, when they were going to count this new kind of ballot, this mail-in ballot? Did every Democrat leader — in Pennsylvania, and in Michigan, and in Wisconsin, and in Georgia, and in Nevada, and in Arizona — they all wake up and all separately have the same idea?”

“Did they all separately have the idea that were going to put Republican inspectors in pens? We’re not going to let them look at mail-in or absentee ballots?”

“This was a plan,” Giuliani said. “You’d have to be a fool not to realize that.”

He referred to numerous reports that Republicans poll-watchers in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia have been denied access to the ballot-counting process on Election Day and after. Giuliani stated that the Trump campaign has had contact with “50 to 60 witnesses” of attempts to block poll-watchers in Pennsylvania alone. Video evidence has shown numerous election-monitors in Philadelphia stopped from entering polling sites and ballot-counting centers in the city during Election Week.

The former mayor added that “we are now at a count of 682,770 ballots for which we have affidavits, that there was no inspection of that ballot, at the time that it was entered in the vote.” He said, “If you count the lawful votes, Trump won Wisconsin, by a good margin. Indeed, if you count the lawful votes in Pennsylvania, he won it by about 300,000 votes.”

Giuliani also pointed to testimony of illegal ballot-curing, duplicate voting, voting by non–state residents, and vote coaching by election officials, among other things. Each of these types of fraud has been alleged by election workers and voters from battleground states, as detailed in publicly available affidavits and recent lawsuits.

“They carried it out in places they could get away with it,” Giuliani said about Democratic officials. “They didn’t carry it out in neutral places” or “where the law is respected.”

“I think the logical conclusion is this is a common plan, a common scheme, that comes directly from the Democrat Party and it comes from the candidate.” He continued, “That’s the reason why Hillary Clinton said don’t conceded, even if you’re losing. That’s the reason we had a Freudian slip from the candidate, when he said he had the best voter fraud team in the country.”

“That’s the reason why he probably didn’t have to go out and campaign. He had to have known what they we’re going to do. This had to be planned in advance,” Giuliani said, calling voter fraud a “national conspiracy.”

Biden boasted on PBS Frontline days before the election about having “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Liberals have described the statement as “a slip of the tongue.”

Hillary Clinton declared in August that “Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances.” “I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch,” she said.

Two months earlier, the “Transition Integrity Project,” a group including John Podesta, the 2016 Clinton campaign chairman, gamed out an election scenario that featured Biden refusing to concede. Podesta, along with numerous journalists and the former head of the DNC, imagined a “Biden Campaign’s retraction of its election night concession” and Biden encouraging liberal states “to secede from the Union.”

Giuliani and fellow Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis also discussed potential systemic election interference related to Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion voting machines were involved in Election Day glitches that impacted over 86,000 ballots across at least four battleground states.

Ellis said employees of Dominion helped manipulate vote totals for election officials, saying the Trump team has “testimony of different workers admitting” to voter fraud perpetrated with Dominion equipment. She singled out Detroit, where “Dominion's highest level employees or officers” were present at Detroit’s election operations center, she said.

Dominion Voting Systems has been linked to several high-profile Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, Senator Barbara Boxer, and Representative Brad Ellsworth, whose former aides are now Dominion lobbyists.

The company has reported ties to Republicans, particularly in Georgia, where Dominion machines were implemented statewide last year. Georgia governor Brian Kemp’s former campaign manager is another Dominion lobbyist. The state’s top election official, secretary of state Brad Raffensperger, has accepted thousands of dollars in campaign donations from a major Dominion subsidy.

A Trump campaign lawyer sued Raffensperger earlier this week over an extra-statutory agreement that the secretary signed with Democrats in March mandating extra time for voters to fix possibly compromised ballots.

Giuliani, Powell, and Ellis spoke of Dominion’s connections to the Venezuelan government as well. Powell noted that Dominion purchased Sequoia Voting Systems, which previously was a subsidiary of a company called Smartmatic.

Smartmatic, founded by a Venezuelan national, helped to provide election equipment for Venezuela’s rigged 2004 recall referendum stolen by incumbent dictator Hugo Chávez. In 2005, Smartmatic branched out into the American election technology market, purchasing U.S.-based Sequoia, before selling it in response to a congressional inquiry.

As the Associated Press stated days ago, “experts say it’s difficult to know for certain whether some Sequoia code may be used in Dominion’s software because of the industry’s limited transparency.”

Giuliani concluded, saying, “If we let this happen, we’re going to become Venezuela. We cannot let this happen to us. We cannot allow these crooks, because that’s what they are, to steal an election from the American people. They elected Donald Trump. They didn’t elect Joe Biden.

Soviet propaganda expert: COVID isolation ‘blatantly and obviously cover for social control’

'What this COVID thing is doing is basically putting us each in kind of a vault,' said Stella Morabito, who was stationed in the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — On November 20, the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam) hosted an online seminar about the “totalitarian” implications of enforced isolation. C-Fam is a pro-life, pro-family organization that defends the natural family and the right to life in international institutions.

Austin Ruse, president of C-Fam, was joined by Soviet propaganda expert Stella Morabito, a former CIA analyst who was stationed in the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

“What this COVID thing is doing is basically putting us each in kind of a vault,” Morabito said. She compared current lockdown measures to social separation tactics used as a “weapon of choice” by Soviet and other communist regimes. “How do you control people? You isolate them. You control their personal relationships,” she said.

Morabito discussed “threat of being socially isolated” as the “greatest tool” of totalitarian governments, referencing calculated solitary confinement of political prisoners in the Soviet Union. In his landmark The Gulag Archipelago, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, a Soviet internment camp survivor, described how “[s]ecurity officers would decide the degree of isolation” for persons “under suspicion.” In certain cases, “while nominally remaining free, a man lost all his personal freedom and was sent off to some isolated area,” he wrote.

Soviet scholar Anne Applebaum also has noted the systematic use of social isolation in Soviet gulags, in which isolation was punishment for “people who disobeyed or who failed to fulfill the norm” or “myriad rules,” like those against excessive “fraternization.”

Enforced seclusion is “all part of the totalitarian mindset,” Morabito said. In a recent article, she further condemned the “social isolation and misery” of COVID measures imposed by “certain power grabbers” that leave us “locked down indefinitely, economically strapped, and demoralized.”

Tens of thousands of medical professionals have voiced similar complaints. The Great Barrington Declaration, which was published only six weeks ago, reports having collected the signatures of over 52,000 doctors and scientists, along with those of more than 638,000 private citizens. The declaration decries the “damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies.” “Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health,” it warns.

Detrimental effects of social isolation were a top concern of medical practitioners at last month’s second “White Coat Summit” as well. At the event, Dr. Lee Merritt, a former military surgeon trained at the University of Rochester Medical School, stated, “Besides what they’re doing to society as a whole, separating us, isolating us, think about what they’re doing to our children.” “Children need to look at faces to learn how to be a       human. Reading faces is part of humanity[.] ... [T]his is George Orwell’s boot on a human face forever if we don’t get this off,” Merritt said.

Other medical experts such as Stanford’s Dr. John Ioannidis and Dr. Roger Hodkinson of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada have sounded the alarm against political and psychological dangers of COVID policies like mandatory masking. Hodkinson called masks “utterly useless” and “simply virtue-signaling.” In May, an article in the New England Journal of Medicine admitted as much, saying “that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection.” The authors referred to masks as “talismans that may help increase health care workers’ perceived sense of safety, well-being

C-Fam’s seminar concluded by emphasizing the enhanced impact of political censorship and identity politics amid extended lockdowns. Morabito said that “in an era of social isolation, when people respond by self-censorship, all they are doing is creating more isolation.”

She described political correctness as “virtual solitary confinement” “designed to induce self-censorship ... through the threat of being separated from others.” Morabito continued, “because there is such a monopoly in the mainstream media that enforces this totalitarian mindset that only they can say what is real and what is true.”

As with lockdowns, identity politics and political censorship work to “destabilize individual identity” and “sow hostilities between people so that they cannot relate as real human beings,” she said.

Justifications like “public health” and “equality” may be serving to “cover up a totalitarian agenda,” with enduring ramifications for free association and thought. “People who are used to living in freedom just take that for granted,” Morabito said.

Today we were told that we are no longer able to “upload, post, or live stream” for seven days due to violations of YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

Rumble is popular as an alternative to YouTube for many conservatives, including Dinesh D’Souza, Dan Bongino, Devin Nunes, and others, as it is free from Big Tech influence and is outside Google’s monopoly.

All of LifeSite’s videos and shows, including The Mother Miriam Show, The Bishop Strickland Show, and many more, will available for viewing this week on LifeSite's Rumble account by clicking here. We have also uploaded the video that led to censorship from YouTube.

UK plans QR code vaccine passport for access to public events

Government officials suggest that ‘people who are inoculated should be issued with a form of immunity certification.’

LONDON, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – As the U.K. enters the third week of its second national lockdown, the government is drawing up plans for a digital code allowing people to access public events, based on whether they have received a COVID-19 vaccine or not.

The Telegraph reported that those who had a COVID-19 vaccine “could be issued with QR codes on their mobile phones to allow them entry to large cultural and sporting events under proposals floated by ministers.”

Government sources suggested to the paper that “people who are inoculated should be issued with a form of immunity certification.” There had even been talk of mandating a vaccine in order for spectators to attend the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo.

A government minister drew a comparison with other countries where vaccinations were already mandatory for certain aspects of life, saying, “Bear in mind there are some countries where, pre-Covid, if you are to have access to a state-run nursery you have to be part of the standard immunisation programme. The public gets that there’s a difference between compulsory and where you are exchanging it for a service.”

He added that such a move would “encourage more people to get vaccinated.”

Another government insider commented, “One way of opening up society would be those people who have had vaccinations carrying some kind of QR code or some sort of immunity certification which shows that they have been tested.”

The Telegraph referred to a paper recently published by the think tank Policy Exchange, advocating for digital IDs, which suggested, “Once vaccination commenced at a population-scale, the digital certificates could be used to incentivise the population to be immunised, as verified digital IDs could be a prerequisite for admittance to a limited number of settings where the risk of infection is higher.”

The report specifically states that the QR code would be linked directly to vaccination. “Importantly, the certification process must be tied to vaccination rather than the presence of antibodies — given the well-known issues associated with immunity passports.”

The proposal for QR codes as evidence for having received a COVID vaccine has already been raised by Ticketmaster. While their plan is still under development, the company suggests that after purchasing tickets, fans will be required to verify that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested negative for the virus 24-72 hours before the concert.

The first digital passports recording the status of COVID vaccinations have already been issued. The CommonPass was launched in October and allows airline passengers to scan a QR code to give proof of vaccination history.

The CommonPass itself was developed by the Commons Project with help from the World Economic Forum (WEF), under whose guidance top government and corporate leaders gather yearly at the Davos summit in Switzerland to talk about global — and global governance — issues.

In recent days U.K. Health Secretary Matt Hancock refused to rule out making vaccines mandatory, stating, “We have to watch what happens and you have to make judgments accordingly.”

A U.K. petition, asking that there be no penalties for those who refuse to be vaccinated, has gained more than 240,000 signatures. The government responded to the petition when it had drawn 100,000 signatures, saying that it would “consider all options to improve vaccination rates.”

Even though the government said there were no plans to make a vaccine mandatory, it did mention that “(w)e believe it is everyone’s responsibility to do the right thing for their own health, and for the benefit of the wider community.”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have also signaled their own plans to use a phone app in order to keep tabs on COVID vaccine recipients, and to even send daily messages for six weeks after the injection.

Earlier in the year, U.S. Attorney General William Barr referred to Bill Gates’ idea for digital certificates proving vaccination as a “the slippery slope in terms of continuing encroachments on personal liberty.”

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – YouTube has removed from LifeSite’s channel a video containing audio of a well-respected doctor discussing the uselessness of masks and widespread public hysteria over the coronavirus, calling it “medical misinformation.”

LifeSiteNews is now unable to upload any new videos for a week.

The offending video was nothing more than an audio presentation of comments made originally by Dr. Roger Hodkinson, a distinguished medical doctor and medical director of Western Medical Assessments. Hodkinson is the former chairman of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada Examination Committee and Pathology in Ottawa.

Dr. Hodkinson gave the comments at a public city meeting in Canada last week, and slated the state imposed lockdowns, which are supposedly to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Image

He stated, “There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians. It’s outrageous. This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to contain this virus.”

“Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever. Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue-signalling. They’re not even worn effectively most of the time,” said Hodkinson.

LifeSite’s video of Hodkinson’s words was taken down almost immediately, and YouTube stated that the video had violated its policy of “medical misinformation.” YouTube stated that such a violation goes against its “community guidelines.”

Image

However, Dr. Hodkinson prefaced his comments with his own credentials, precisely to prevent people from disregarding his words as misinformation.

The doctor explained, “I’m a medical specialist in pathology which includes virology. I trained at Cambridge University in the U.K. I’m the ex-president of the pathology section of the Medical Association. I was previously an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine doing a lot of teaching. I was the chairman of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada Examination Committee and Pathology in Ottawa, but more to the point I’m currently the chairman of a biotechnology company in North Carolina selling the COVID-19 test.”

Two days before, on November 18, the video platform had flagged another of LifeSite’s videos, The Mother Miriam Show. Despite being titled as “Catholic Christmas traditions to instill faith in your kids,” that video also received a warning of “medical misinformation.” YouTube then removed the video.

With the warning on November 18, and today’s strike, LifeSite has now been banned from uploading any videos by YouTube for a week.

Deleting the video does not remove the strike, and if YouTube deems that LifeSite has incurred three strikes within a 90-day period, this would result in the permanent removal of our channel, which has over 200,000 subscribers.

The video, which is embedded above, can be found on LifeSite’s Rumble account here.

Rand Paul: Biden will ‘ruin the country’ if he locks down again

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky didn’t hold back this week when discussing the coronavirus policies of the Biden administration, vowing to “do everything I can to try to prevent (former Vice President Joe) Biden from locking us up and locking us down and forcing us to wear masks forever.”

Paul, an ophthalmologist who experienced and recovered from COVID-19 in March, was speaking Sunday to WACB’s John Catsimatidis when he said the prospect of Biden imposing a new lockdown was “absolutely why he’s going to be a terrible president if we get him. He’s going to ruin the country. Lockdowns don’t work. And in fact, all of the evidence on mandatory masks show that they don’t work either.”

“There’s about 10 different countries or venues, maybe 20, that instituted mandatory masks, and every one of them to a T, the infection rate or the COVID rate went up after the mask mandate,” Paul argued. “All these mitigation strategies — washing our hands, staying six feet apart — they really don’t work, frankly. And the virus, as The Wall Street Journal put it, is insidious. It does what it’s going to do. The only thing that’s going to stop it is either enough immunity among individuals in the community or a vaccine.”

Biden has claimed President Donald Trump is responsible for the more than 250,000 American COVID-19 deaths this year, despite the response plan he campaigned on being largely indistinguishable from actions the Trump administration was already taking. His COVID strategy adviser, Michael Osterholm, claimed last week that America “could lock down for four to six weeks” to “drive the numbers down,” during which the federal government “could pay for a package right now to cover all of the lost wages for individual workers.” (He later walked back the comments.)

Biden is also calling for new mask requirements nationwide, something the president lacks the legal authority to impose on the states. His team has reportedly considered issuing a mask mandate for interstate highway travel while urging state leaders to choose to impose new mandates within their borders.

Most media outlets have called the presidential election for Biden, though Trump’s lawyers claim they have identified more than double the number of questionable ballots necessary to prove Trump the legitimate winner.

Trump blasts Georgia leaders for certifying election without closer look at funny ballots

‘The Governor of Georgia, and Secretary of State, refuse to let us look at signatures which would expose hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots, and give the Republican Party and me … a BIG VICTORY,’ the president tweeted.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – President Donald Trump blasted Georgia Republican Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Friday for certifying the state’s presidential election results in Democrat Joe Biden’s favor, despite several unresolved concerns about the accuracy of the vote.

Raffensperger’s office confirmed Friday that certification was underway (after some brief confusion caused by the premature release of an announcement that certification was already complete), and is expected to be finished by 5 p.m. The news follows a by-hand audit that reduced Biden’s lead over Trump from approximately 15,000 to 12,284, falling short of the margin necessary to flip the state. Both Raffensperger and Kemp have repeatedly downplayed suggestions that fraud could have significantly altered the preliminary results.

“The Governor of Georgia, and Secretary of State, refuse to let us look at signatures which would expose hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots, and give the Republican Party and me, David Perdue, and perhaps Kelly Loeffler, a BIG VICTORY,” Trump responded in a pair of tweets Friday. “Why won’t they do it, and why are they so fast to certify a meaningless tally?”

Certification does not end the fighting over the state, however. Because the margin between Trump and Biden is less than half a percentage point, the Trump campaign still has the legal option of requesting an official machine recount. Should it do so, the key question will be whether state officials agree to conduct it with more stringent practices for reviewing potential irregularities such as mismatched signatures, insufficient proof of residence, or changed dates.

Just the News reported that Georgia rejected just 0.2 percent of mail-in ballots over such flaws in 2020, a rate more than 30 times lower than the rejection rate of 6.4 percent in 2016. University of Florida political science Professor Daniel Smith says this is simply because the “cure rate” — contacting absentee voters to resolve discrepancies before their ballots have to be tossed — was “much higher.”

However, Breitbart’s Joel Pollak suggested the curing and rejections would still be higher if not for a consent decree the state settled with Democrats in March which, he argues, made meaningful signature matching dramatically less likely by not only requiring any election official who finds a potential mismatch to consult with two colleagues before acting (“With hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots to be counted, it is difficult to pull additional officials off their assignments to examine a signature”), then requiring all three to sign their own names to the rejected envelope (potentially subjecting themselves to retaliation for “voter suppression”).

Further, The Federalist’s John Daniel Davidson added, “instead of having to match the signature on file with eNet, the absentee ballot signature only had to match the signature on the absentee ballot application. The key word in the settlement was ‘any.’ That is, an absentee ballot can only be rejected if it doesn’t match ‘any’ of the signatures on file — either in eNet or the signature on the absentee ballot application.”

This means that “if someone fraudulently filed an absentee ballot application, that same person could then sign the absentee ballot itself, and since the two signatures would match, the ballot would be accepted,” Davidson warns.

Of particular interest is a sworn affidavit submitted this week by attorney Lin Wood on behalf of poll manager Susan Voyles, who says she observed a “pristine” batch of ballots, nearly all of which were for Biden, which showed none of the signs of wear one would expect of having been opened, handled, filled out, and mailed back by an absentee voter. On cross-examination, Voyles said she did not report the discovery to the Secretary of State’s office.

Most media outlets have called the presidential election for Biden, though Trump’s lawyers say they have identified more than double the number of questionable ballots necessary to prove Trump the legitimate winner.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — One of the attorneys who withdrew from representing President Donald Trump’s election lawsuits has obtained federal law-enforcement protection for the threats she has endured, a Wednesday filing in the case reveals.

Linda Kerns, a Philadelphia attorney, had been representing the Trump campaign’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania until she pulled out after intense public pressure directed at Trump’s legal team by left-wing groups such as the Lincoln Project, which had urged followers to harass the campaign’s law firms, including publicizing the contact information of other lawyers involved in the case.

Kerns had joined the case after one of those firms, Porter Wright, withdrew, but pulled out herself after receiving similar treatment. “Ms. Kerns herself has been the subject of threats of harm, to the point at which the involvement of police and U.S. Marshals has been necessary to provide for her safety,” the November 18 court filing stated.

The Epoch Times reported that Kerns has previously said she has been “subjected to continuous harassment in the form of abusive emails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason — all for representing the President of the United States’ campaign in this litigation.”

She also sought sanctions against an attorney with the firm Kirkland & Ellis, which is representing Pennsylvania Democrat Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, for leaving her a voicemail she says was threatening. Kirkland lawyer Daniel Donovan maintains the message was “discourteous and not appropriate,” but not threatening, and that the caller “was acting unilaterally, in his personal capacity, without the knowledge or authorization of undersigned counsel or the firm.”

Harassment has been a recurring issue in the post-election battle, with two Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers in Michigan saying they were pressured into certifying the local election results despite misgivings over the official counts.

The Trump campaign’s current lawsuit in Pennsylvania is not expected to cancel a sufficient number of ballots to keep former Vice President Joe Biden out of the White House, but Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani announced Thursday that the campaign believes it has identified more than twice the number of ballots nationwide necessary to erase Biden’s presumptive margin of victory.

Irish babies born after abortion are left to die, new report finds

Direct quotes from the doctors reveal that babies are sometimes born alive and left to die while doctors are left 'begging' for support to ensure delivery.

DUBLIN, Ireland, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – A paper released in September, based on the personal accounts of doctors carrying out abortions in Ireland, has revealed that some babies born alive after abortions are deprived of medical care and left to die.

The study, published in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, was built on the responses of 10 doctors performing abortions in Irish hospitals. It was conducted by three medical professionals from the University College Cork, and specifically focused on doctors dealing with babies with a so-called “fatal fetal anomaly,” or FFA.

Direct quotes from the doctors reveal that babies are sometimes born alive and left to die while doctors are “left ‘begging’ for support to ensure its delivery.”

Doctors, or fetal medical specialists (FMS), were reportedly “unclear as to who will look after those babies if a baby is born alive following TOP (termination of pregnancy) by induction of labour and without feticide, resulting in them ‘begging people to help’ them in providing palliative care.”

The report also noted that others “described neonatologists’ refusal to provide perinatal palliative care to the baby following a TOP by induction of labour and without feticide, with some of the FMS’s describing experiencing pressure from neonatologists to conduct feticide.”

Reporting on the study, conservative news site Gript said, “If any other human being in Ireland was being left to die a painful death without palliative care, and doctors were begging for intervention, it would lead every news bulletin.”

One abortionist, or fatal medicine specialist, commented to the study that “I remember getting sick out in the corridors afterwards because I thought it (feticide) was such an awful procedure and so dreadful. You have to see the positive in it otherwise you would drive yourself mad.”

The report presents noteworthy analysis of the abortionists themselves, who “described feticide as ‘brutal,’ ‘awful,’ and ‘emotionally difficult,’ referring to it as ‘stabbing the baby in the heart,’ and held themselves responsible for the death of the baby: ‘I caused the death.’”

Others called themselves “doctor death.”

However, the study also noted that “almost all of the FMS’s justified providing TOP for FFA or feticide because it was a ‘kindness in some cases,’ and they would want someone to ‘step up and just be kind.’”

Those doctors who opposed the performance of an abortion, termed “conscientious objectors” in the report, were accused of “conscientious obstruction” by their medical colleagues.

In Ireland, abortion is currently allowed by law during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, or later if the mother’s life is deemed to be at risk or the baby is deemed not likely to live more than 28 days after birth.

As a result, the study records that some doctors “commented on the relief experienced when the baby dies, confirming that their diagnosis was ‘right,’” thus ensuring that they had diagnosed the baby’s condition correctly and would be free from legal proceedings.

Incredibly, some doctors believed that for unborn infants with FFA, “feticide needed to be mandatory for late gestations because it was in the best interest of the baby to not be born alive.”

While the term fatal fetal abnormality is commonly used in arguments defending abortion, the term itself “is not a medical definition.”

The Iona Institute noted that the three researchers who produced this study had written a different paper earlier in the year, highlighting the fact that there is no list of fatal conditions in the current abortion legislation.

Eilís Mulroy of the Pro Life Campaign said in response to the September study, “It goes way beyond confirming the worst fears that pro-life campaigners expressed before the 2018 referendum about what would happen in the event of legalised abortion. Doctors in this study are openly talking about the grotesque life-ending procedures they engage in, yet in the same breath they want to see the legal grounds for abortion expanded even more.”

Mulroy continued, “TDs also refused to accept an amendment to the new law in 2018 that would have ensured babies born alive after botched abortions were given medical care.”

Last year, The Iona Institute reported that a couple decided to abort their unborn child when they were advised that he would have Edward’s Syndrome, typically resulting in the child dying shortly after birth. However, the final screening was not shown to the parents until after the abortion and showed that the baby was in fact in good health.

Democrat senators Warren, Klobuchar raised alarm about voting machines in 2019

The Democrat senators said that vote-switching by machines is real and poses a ‘serious threat’ to integrity of elections.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – President Donald Trump is not the first politician to have questioned the security and efficacy of Dominion’s voting machines.

Last year, as part of a probe into the business practices of private equity funds led by Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren, the three funds (H. I. G. Capital, McCarthy Group, and Staple Steel Capital Group) that own or have investments in the three largest voting machine distributors (Dominion Voting Systems, Hart InterCivic, and Election Systems & Software) were asked to provide the government an account of their business practices.

The Democrat signatories of the Dec. 6, 2019 letters outlined concerns with election security, including known instances of vote changing and malfunctioning. “Election security experts have noted for years that our nation's election systems and infrastructure are under serious threat,” they wrote.

The letter was signed by the Democrat Senators Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar and Ron Wyden, and Democrat Congressman Mark Pocan.

The revelation of the letters comes at a time when it is a familiar refrain that the Trump team’s contention that Dominion Voting Systems’ machines changed votes on election night are “baseless accusations.” Mainstream news outlets incessantly point to the Joint Statement From Elections Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council & The Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Executive Committees, which says, “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” and “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

Citing their concern that companies owned by private equity funds “implement drastic cost-cutting measures at the expense of consumers, workers, communities, and taxpayers,” Democrat signatories of the 2019 letters went on to detail some of the problems with the voting machines produced by the three major suppliers, writing that “voting machines are reportedly falling apart across the country, as vendors neglect to innovate and improve important voting systems, putting our elections at avoidable and increased risk.”

Most important, they pointed out that there have been recent cases of the machines switching votes or skewing results in a highly improbable direction.

“In 2018 alone, ‘voters in South Carolina (were) reporting machines that switched their votes after they'd inputted them, scanners (were) rejecting paper ballots in Missouri, and busted machines (were) causing long lines in Indiana.’ In addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in ‘nearly three dozen backend election systems in 10 states.’ And, just this year, after the Democratic candidate's electronic tally showed he received an improbable 164 votes out of 55,000 cast in a Pennsylvania state judicial election in 2019, the county's Republican Chairwoman said, ‘(n)othing went right on Election Day. Everything went wrong. That's a problem.’”

Having given this evidence of miscounts and vote switching, the Democrat politicians note that “these problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”

While the Trump team’s accusations that voting machines across the country were tampered with to skew the vote have yet to be proved in court, the long-standing bipartisan concern with the security and reliability of the machines and their software is reason enough to take the charges seriously.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Momentum keeps growing for LifeSite’s petition asking the 50 state legislatures not to certify election results until all claims of voter fraud have been investigated and litigated. More than 23,000 people have signed the petition so far.

“The petition, which was launched less than 24 hours ago, is growing quickly,” said Scott Schittl, one of LifeSite’s petition coordinators. “The fact that so many people have signed so quickly shows that Americans want to hear all of the evidence and see a just outcome, whichever way that goes.”

The new petition was sparked by yesterday’s Trump campaign press conference, with speakers revealing astonishing testimonies of alleged election fraud in key battleground states.

The claims of voter fraud made by Team Trump are very alarming. Here are some of the worst:

  • The lack of oversight and security of mail-in ballots

  • Direction by some election officials to election workers to violate election statutes

  • The eviction of Republican observers who were kept away from inspecting ballots in some cities

  • Instances of “overvoting,” where more ballots were cast in some precincts than there are registered voters

  • The arrival in the middle of the night of thousands of ballots — all marked for Biden — at one counting center

All of these claims are backed up by sworn affidavits of people who allegedly witnessed these fraudulent actions take place, the Trump campaign argued.

“This petition is more important than usual, as counties and states begin to certify their election results,” said Schittl. “Time is literally of the essence.”

Indeed, grave concerns about the certification process have already resulted in controversy in Michigan. Republican election officials in Wayne County (greater Detroit) claim that they were pressured to certify the county’s election results, and misled by state authorities who guaranteed that an audit of the county’s results would be done.

Now, Michigan state authorities say that no audit will occur.

In any case, such controversies have only served to strengthen calls for a full probe of alleged election fraud and voting irregularities. People continue to speak up all around the country and demand that their states wait to certify election results until all claims of voter fraud have been fully investigated and litigated.

FULL TRANSCRIPT: Doctor destroys ‘utterly unfounded public hysteria’ over COVID-19

UPDATE, November 20, 2020 4:55 p.m. Eastern: Immediately after posting this video to YouTube, YouTube deleted it and suspended LifeSite’s account for 1 week. Read details HERE.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Below LifeSiteNews presents the full transcript of the comments made by Dr. Roger Hodkinson, MA, MB, FRCPC, FCAP, CEO and medical director of Western Medical Assessments. Dr. Hodkinson made these comments at a public city meeting in Western Canada last week, calling masks “utterly useless” and saying that the coronavirus is “not Ebola.”

Thank you very much. I do appreciate the opportunity to address you on this very important matter. What I’m going to say is lay language, and blunt. It’s counter-narrative, and so you don’t immediately think I’m a quack, I’m going to briefly outline my credentials so that you can understand where I’m coming from in terms of knowledge base in all of this.

I’m a medical specialist in pathology which includes virology. I trained at Cambridge University in the U.K. I’m the ex-president of the pathology section of the Medical Association. I was previously an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine doing a lot of teaching. I was the chairman of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada Examination Committee and Pathology in Ottawa, but more to the point I’m currently the chairman of a biotechnology company in North Carolina selling the COVID-19 test.

And [inaudible] you might say I know a little bit about all of this. The bottom line is simply this: There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians. It’s outrageous. This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public.

There is absolutely nothing that can be done to contain this virus. Other than protecting older, more vulnerable people. It should be thought of as nothing more than a bad flu season.

This is not Ebola. It’s not SARS. It’s politics playing medicine and that’s a very dangerous game.

There is no action of any kind needed other than what happened last year when we felt unwell. We stayed home, we took chicken noodle soup, we didn’t visit granny, and we decided when we would return to work. We didn’t need anyone to tell us.

Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever. Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue-signaling. They’re not even worn effectively most of the time. It’s utterly ridiculous. Seeing these unfortunate, uneducated people — I’m not saying that in a pejorative sense — seeing these people walking around like lemmings, obeying without any knowledge base, to put the mask on their face.

Social distancing is also useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing. Enclosures have had such terrible unintended consequences. Everywhere should be opened tomorrow as was stated in the Great Barrington Declaration that I circulated prior to this meeting.

And a word on testing: I do want to emphasize that I’m in the business of testing for COVID. I do want to emphasize that positive test results do not – underlined in neon – mean a clinical infection. It’s simply driving public hysteria and all testing should stop. Unless you’re presenting to the hospital with some respiratory problem.

All that should be done is to protect the vulnerable and to give them all in the nursing homes that are under your control, give them all 3,000 to 5,000 international units of vitamin D every day which has been shown to radically reduce the likelihood of infection.

And I would remind you all that using the province’s own statistics, the risk of death under 65 in this province is one in 300,000. One in 300,000. You’ve got to get a grip on this.

The scale of the response that you are undertaking with no evidence for it is utterly ridiculous given the consequences of acting in a way that you’re proposing. All kinds of suicides, business closures – funerals, weddings, etc., etc. It’s simply outrageous! It’s just another bad flu and you’ve got to get your minds around that.

Let people make their own decisions. You should be totally out of the business of medicine. You’re being led down the garden path by the chief medical officer of health for this province.

I am absolutely outraged that this has reached this level. It should all stop tomorrow.

Thank you very much.

Religious New Yorkers take fight against New York Gov. Cuomo to Supreme Court

Catholics and Jews are suing the governor because he’s suppressing their right to exercise their religion.

BROOKLYN, New York, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Religious New Yorkers, both Catholics and Jews, are taking the fight against Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s suppression of their right to exercise their religion to the U.S. Supreme Court.

On November 9, the Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court, fighting Cuomo’s order to limit the number of people present in houses of worship at any given time to 10 to 25. Two Orthodox Jewish synagogues and their parent organization have now filed suit for the same reason.

In its application, the Diocese of Brooklyn stressed that the governor treats churches and other houses of worship much more harshly than commercial enterprises.

“The Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, New York respectfully requests a writ of injunction precluding enforcement of fixed-capacity limits imposed by Governor Cuomo on ‘houses of worship’ — and only ‘houses of worship’ — in designated geographic zones in New York, as applied to the Diocese’s churches,” the lawsuit states.

“The Governor’s latest restrictions cap church attendance at 10 and 25 people in so-called ‘red’ and ‘orange’ zones, respectively, regardless of the capacity of the ‘house of worship,’ and thereby effectively shutter all of the Diocese’s churches in those zones,” it continues.

“His Executive Order, moreover, expressly singles out ‘houses of worship’ by that name for adverse treatment relative to secular businesses, and does so in a way that is not narrowly tailored to any compelling government interest, in direct violation of the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.”

The Diocese of Brooklyn argued that there has been no “COVID-19 spread” among its congregations since its churches were allowed to reopen and that thousands of its parishioners in Brooklyn and Queens have been deprived of their right to freely exercise their religion.

Meanwhile, businesses deemed “essential” by Governor Cuomo — including pet stores — have been allowed to stay open “without any capacity restrictions whatsoever” even in the red zones. In the orange zones, most non-essential businesses are allowed to open without capacity restrictions.

There are 1.5 million confessing Catholics within the geographical boundaries of the Diocese of Brooklyn, and the average weekly Mass attendance before the COVID shutdown was 230,000. Reflecting the multicultural population of the diocese, Mass is said in 33 different languages there.

In their lawsuit, Orthodox Jewish applicants Agudath Israel of America, Agudath Israel of Kew Garden Hills, Agudath Israel of Madison, Rabbi Yisorel Reisman of Agudath Israel of Madison, and Steven Saphirstein, the Secretary of Agudath Israel of Kew Garden Hills stressed remarks the governor has made targeting their community for suppression.

“The week of October 5, the governor instituted new restrictions designed to target the Orthodox Jewish community; those new rules are the heart of this case,” their lawsuit states.

“During an October 5 press conference, the governor stated that he planned to ‘meet with members of the ultra-Orthodox community tomorrow,’ threatening that ‘we’ll close the (religious) institutions down’ if ‘you do not agree to enforce the rules,’” it continues.

“He falsely claimed that the ‘ultra-Orthodox community’ was causing the ‘problem,’ (…) and described the COVID-19 cluster as ‘predominantly an ultra-orthodox cluster.’ (…) He continued to single out Orthodox Jews for over a week, stating that ‘(w)e’re now having issues in the Orthodox Jewish community in New York, where because of their religious practices, etc., we’re seeing a spread’ (…) and emphasizing that such restrictions are necessary because of “ultra-Orthodox communities, who are also very politically powerful.”

Moreover, the governor’s October 6 “Cluster Initiative,” which targets particular neighborhoods for “enhanced public health restrictions” and levies punitive fines, blatantly made the geographic area where Orthodox Jews live into a restricted zone, the lawsuit argues.

It also records that on October 9 Cuomo stated that “we have a couple of unique clusters, frankly, which are more religious organizations, and that’s what we’re targeting.”

“It is any wonder that religious New Yorkers are now seeking the shelter of the First Amendment?” a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) editorial asked in response.

The WSJ also raised a metaphorical eyebrow at the State of New York’s response to earlier objections that it discriminates against religious believers.

New York says that the capacity limits “are generally applicable and neutral.” Indoor religious gatherings, the filing adds, “commonly possess ‘problematic features’ from an epidemiological perspective,” such as lengthy congregating, mixing of different households, and talking, singing or chanting. The comparable secular activities, the state argues, include concerts and theatrical performances. The state claims it “would have been justified in prohibiting altogether gatherings in houses of worship located in red and orange zones.”

That is some statement.

The WSJ quoted Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s recent description of the COVID emergency as “a sort of constitutional stress test” and his remark that “in certain quarters, religious liberty is fast becoming a disfavored right.”

“Here’s a chance to readjust,” the WSJ declared. “Pet stores: open. Churches: closed. Those might be New York’s priorities, but they aren’t the Constitution’s.”

Homosexuals more likely to get dementia, study finds

‘The prevalence of cognitive impairment is significantly higher among sexual minority older adults than among heterosexual older adults.’

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Those living the homosexual lifestyle are more likely to develop “cognitive impairment” such as dementia in old age than “heterosexual populations,” according to a new study published in The Gerontologist.

“The prevalence of cognitive impairment is significantly higher among sexual minority older adults than among heterosexual older adults when sociodemographic factors are adjusted for,” the study found. The study, titled “Elevated Risk of Cognitive Impairment Among Older Sexual Minorities: Do Health Conditions, Health Behaviors, and Social Connections Matter?” was released September 19. The study used a nationally representative sample of older Americans.

The study noted that “depressive symptoms explain some of this prevalence gap,” adding, however, that depressive symptoms are an “important link between minority sexual orientation and cognitive impairment and highlight the importance of studying other potential mechanisms that we could not explore in this study.”

Ning Hsieh, Assistant Professor of Sociology at Michigan State University and lead author of the study, suggested in an interview that lack of social acceptance of people living the LGBT lifestyle could lead to higher levels of stress and depression, resulting in the disparity.

“LGB people experience more stressful events and have higher rates of depression compared to their heterosexual counterparts,” she said. “They may experience higher rates of depression than their heterosexual peers for many reasons, including not being accepted by parts of society, feeling ashamed of their sexual orientation, or trying to hide their romantic relationships and being treated unfairly in school or at work.”

Hsieh suggested that making society “more just and more accepting of diverse sexuality may help prevent dementia and reduce related health care burden on society.”

But a 2020 Pew Research report showed that 72 percent of Americans are already accepting of homosexuality.

The argument that depression and anxiety would decrease among homosexuals the more society celebrated their lifestyle ignores evidence that such depression and anxiety may be rooted in something much deeper. A number of psychologists and psychiatrists make the case that same-sex attraction is rooted in early childhood trauma.

The late Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, whose books have been banned from Amazon, held that if that trauma was never resolved it stands to reason that the individual would struggle with their mental health no matter how much they celebrated their “sexual orientation.”

In a 2016 article explaining homosexuality in men, Dr. Nicolosi wrote that “Homosexuality is, in my view, primarily a symptom of gender trauma. Although some people may have been born with biological conditions (prenatal hormonal influences, inborn emotional sensitivity) that make them especially vulnerable to such trauma, what distinguishes the male homosexual condition is that there was an interruption in the normal masculine identification process.”

“Homosexual behavior is a symptomatic attempt to ‘repair’ the original wound that left the boy alienated from the innate masculinity that he has failed to claim. This differentiates it from heterosexuality, which arises naturally from undisturbed gender-identity development,” he added.

In a 2006 essay, French priest-psychotherapist Tony Anatrella wrote that the argument that homosexuality does not originate with early childhood psychological issues “does not correspond to the opinion of the majority of practitioners, who are forced to keep quiet so as not to be punished in the name of the politically correct orthodoxy in fashion.”

Interestingly, a February 2020 study from Japan also found that traumatic experiences in early childhood could lead to dementia in later life.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Police in Germany on Wednesday raided the home of a COVID-19 lockdown critic while the man was live streaming on his YouTube channel.

Roughly 40 minutes into the video, Dr. Andreas Noack told his interview partner that police are at his home, which can be heard banging on the door. He then asked a person who was in the room with him to open the door.

“I don’t know what’s going on here,” Noack said, before police stormed into the room where he was recording the live stream. One policeman, armed with an assault rifle, shouted for everybody to get down on the floor, and that he wanted to see their hands. Noack and another person immediately complied.

A member of the police asked those in attendance for their names and Noack was heard providing the information, although he was no longer on camera. The group are also asked about any weapons.

Noack describes himself as a “non-conformist” on his organization’s website, focusing on educating people about nutrients and vitamins, as well as esoteric ideas.

Germany’s largest newspaper, Bild, reported that local police confirmed the raid. “The investigators did not even target the live stream operator Andreas N.,” the article pointed out.

“The solicitor general’s office in Berlin had ordered the mission. A spokesman for the investigating authorities only said that the mission was ‘probably’ in connection with a violation of the narcotics law.”

Bild speculated that since Noack’s organization is based in his home, “he has many visitors. It is possible that someone has hidden drugs in N.’s house.”

It is yet unclear whether Noack or anyone else present in his home is in custody. Similarly, the solicitor general’s office did not provide any details on whether anything violating the narcotics law was found during the raid.

California governor’s maskless party guests were California Medical Association officials

Gavin Newsom’s dinner party took place in violation of his own prohibition on gatherings of more than three households as well as gatherings taking longer than two hours.

SACRAMENTO, California, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — In yet another development on California Governor Gavin Newsom’s rule-breaking dinner party, it turned out that his guests were in fact senior officials of the California Medical Association (CMA), acting in violation of their own COVID-19 lockdown guidance.

Earlier this month, photos emerged showing Gov. Newsom attend a large party indoors, with people from several different households not physically distanced, all without masks. The group was reportedly being so loud that doors had to be closed on the group to contain the noise.

Newsom’s actions were in violation of his own state-wide order, which prohibits gatherings of more than three households as well as gatherings taking longer than two hours. The California Department of Public Health noted that the three-household limit “includes everyone present, including hosts and guests.”

Newsom has also been urging people to forego their Thanksgiving celebrations this year.

Now, information has emerged regarding the guests with whom Newsom was dining. The images show that Janus Norman, “a top lobbyist for the California Medical Association,” was positioned directly beside the California governor.

Further to the right of Newsom Dustin Corcoran was seated, the CEO of the California Medical Association.

Politico reported, “The CMA has long been a powerful presence in the state Capitol, and its Sacramento officials are longtime friends with Kinney. The group spent $2.1 million last year lobbying state leaders.”

The CMA officials were in violation of their own disturbing mask ad, released back in August. The video stated, “masks help stop the transmission of COVID-19,” and then indemnified those who did not wear masks, stating, “and still, people refuse to do even this little thing to keep us safe.”

“Anti-mask and anti-science fanatics are endangering our kids, our jobs, our future,” the video claimed. “I’m through indulging anyone who refuses to do what’s right. Enough with the dumb conspiracies and selfish politicians.”

Newsom joins a long list of people the CMA mask ad would describe as “selfish politicians.”

The list is composed of Democrat politicians, liberal personalities, and left-wing activists who have flouted their own coronavirus rules to riot and/or protest (Black Lives Matter activists); get their hair done (Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi); disregard masks (CNN’s Chris Cuomo), commit adultery (Neil Ferguson, the U.K. professor whose errant predictions of millions of COVID-19 deaths led to many lockdowns), hold political victory celebrations (Joe Biden supporters), mourn the dead (attendees of the funeral of Rep. John Lewis, D-GA), or engage in “nonessential” holiday travel (Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker).

British intelligence agency tracks population amid COVID-19 lockdowns

The information is passed on directly to the prime minister.

LONDON, England, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Britain’s espionage agency GCHQ is tracking the British public’s movements amid the coronavirus-related lockdowns, passing up-to-date information directly to the prime minister.

The Daily Telegraph reported earlier this week that GCHQ, or Government Communications Headquarters, has “embedded” staff at Downing Street to give Prime Minister Boris Johnson the information he wants to help him decide on his coronavirus and lockdown policies.

“The Government’s intelligence-gathering and surveillance agency has deployed experts to work inside the Cabinet Office to sift through huge amounts of big data in an effort to give Mr Johnson the most up-to-date information on the spread of the virus,” the Telegraph reported.

“GCHQ analysts have been given access to mobile phone data to track the public’s movements during the national lockdown.”

Since November 5, residents of England have been confined to their homes, save for work, charitable activities, essential shopping, medical care, and outdoor exercise. Requirements and restrictions in other parts of the United Kingdom vary, although in these countries, too, there is a focus on restricting travel and assembly.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Johnson is relying on “up-to-the-minute reports” from GCHQ on the public’s “compliance” with lockdown rules to determine whether or not to lift the regulations on December 2.

The intelligence agency is also examining Google and other search engines for information about employment.

“The data — providing billions of pieces of information on job searches across the country — provides instant reporting on the potential, catastrophic threat to employment caused by Covid more quickly than official figures compiled by the Office for National Statistics,” the Telegraph stated.

Online information about vacation travel is also being sifted to assist the government in enforcing quarantines on travelers returning from places deemed COVID hot spots.

“Google holiday search data has also been subjected to extensive sifting, building up a picture of changing attitudes to travel that helps guide policies such as forcing returning holidaymakers to self-isolate.”

Currently, people traveling to Britain from most countries in the world, including the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain, must self-isolate for 14 days after their arrival. The quarantine is monitored by the National Health Service by phone, with NHS agents calling the quarantined travelers to establish that they know the rules.

LifeSiteNews can confirm that if a quarantined traveler in Scotland is not immediately accessible by “NHS Test and Protect Service,” he or she is threatened with the involvement of police.

The National Health Service has a “test and trace” app for cell phones, which the GCHQ worked on to ensure that “sensitive data” remains “secure and anonymized, preventing foreign hostile states from trying to hack into the app,” the Telegraph reported.

According to the U.K. government, the “test and trace” feature ensures that any user who comes down with symptoms of COVID-19 can be “quickly tested” for the virus and that users who have come in contact with COVID-19 positive people can also be tested or asked to self-isolate. Personal data the app reveals to the government is the user’s mobile phone number, the estimated date of infection (if the user declares himself positive), and his IP address.

The test and trace app is also used to “check into places like bars and restaurants without having to fill out any forms” when these venues are allowed to open. Users are supposed to be over 16 years of age.

The presence of GCHQ agents in the Cabinet Office itself is deemed “critical in providing non-partisan, independent data” to the Prime Minister, the Telegraph reported. The newspaper remarked that the Conservative government has been in danger of being torn apart from competing opinions from the Department of Health and Social Care, on the one hand, and the Treasury on the other.

The GCHQ describes itself as “a world-leading intelligence, cyber and security agency with a mission to keep the UK safe.” Normally its remit is to protect the country from terrorism, hostile states, and serious or organized crime. There are now almost 10,000 people working in the GCHQ, a direct descendent of the British Signals Intelligence division of the First World War. Founded soon after war broke out, Signals Intelligence monitored German radio signals.

“Within a year of the end of the war, the separate naval and military intelligence organisations had merged to become the Government Code and Cypher School (GC&CS), GCHQ’s original name,” the agency’s website states.

“Its overt function was to protect British Government communications, with a secret mission to decrypt messages sent by foreign countries. Under the leadership of Alastair Denniston, GC&CS’s first head, the organisation was given space in Watergate House and officially came into being on 1 November 1919.”

During the Second World War, GCHQ worked from the now-famous Bletchley Park.

The agency has not made it a secret that they are now fighting microscopic enemies.

“We are part of the national response to the Covid-19 pandemic; protecting the NHS, supporting the Government’s development of data science and improving our nation’s economic resilience,” it wrote. “We are also tackling a shifting serious crime threat that is looking to exploit the crisis.”

BREAKING: Federal court rules ban on therapy for unwanted attractions unconstitutional

'The First Amendment has no carveout for controversial speech...'

FLORIDA, November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit has ruled that a ban on therapy for unwanted sexual attractions violates the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

In today’s decision, two of three justices, U.S. Circuit Judge Britt Grant and Circuit Judge Barbara Lagoa, agreed with the plaintiffs, therapists Robert W. Otto and Julie H. Hamilton, that a prohibition on therapy aimed at “reducing a minor’s sexual or romantic attraction (at least to others of the same gender or sex), or changing a minor’s gender identity or expression” violates their “constitutional right to speak freely with clients.”

“We understand and appreciate that the therapy is highly controversial,” wrote Circuit Judge Grant. “But the First Amendment has no carveout for controversial speech.”

“We hold that the challenged ordinances violate the First Amendment because they are content-based regulations of speech that cannot survive strict scrutiny.”

The decision recalls that in 2017 Palm Beach County, Florida, and the City of Boca Raton, Florida “joined a growing list” of states and towns that prohibit therapies the court called “sexual orientation change efforts.” It recognized that plaintiffs reject the term “conversion therapy,” “which they associate with shock treatments, involuntary camps, and other chimerical or long-abandoned practices.”

The City of Boca Raton forbid any professional counsellor, save clergy, from treating minors with “any counseling, practice or treatment performed with the goal of changing an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity, including, but not limited to, efforts to change behaviors, gender identity, or gender expression, or to eliminate or reduce sexual or romantic attractions or feelings toward individuals of the same gender or sex.”

Palm Beach County banned “the practice of seeking to change an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity, including but not limited to efforts to change behaviors, gender identity, or gender expressions or to eliminate or reduce sexual or romantic attractions or feelings toward individuals of the same gender or sex.”

However, as the Court underscored, both ordinances allowed counsellors to influence minors to change their biological sex.

“But both ordinances contain a significant carveout: they expressly allow ‘counseling that provides support and assistance to a person undergoing gender transition,’” the majority justices noted.

The plaintiffs provide counselling to minors coping with unwanted same-sex attractions and gender issues through “talk therapy.” According to the judgement, Otto and Hamilton do not claim to be able to change a sexual orientation, but they have been able to help clients “reduce” their same-sex sexual behavior and attraction and also to “eliminate” confusion over gender identity. Their clients seek the treatment of their own volition, typically because they wish to live in conformity with their religious beliefs.

When the plaintiffs first filed against the new ordinances against reparative therapy, the district court denied the motion.

“This is a case about what speech the First Amendment allows the government to ban, and under what circumstances,” the majority justices wrote.

They were particularly interested in the question from the point of view of speech “content.” They noted that the “First Amendment exists precisely so that speakers with unpopular ideas do not have to lobby the government for permission before they speak.” However, both the City and the County ordinances specifically banned the content of speech, that is, anything that helps the client not to act on same-sex desires or not to seek a sex change.

“So the ordinances discriminate on the basis of content—at a minimum," the majority justices ruled.

“They also discriminate on the basis of viewpoint. After all, the plaintiffs’ counseling practices are grounded in a particular viewpoint about sex, gender, and sexual ethics," they continued.

“The defendant governments obviously hold an opposing viewpoint—one that they surely have the right to promote. But they cannot engage in 'bias, censorship or preference regarding [another] speaker’s point of view’.”

It is obvious that this is what the governments were doing because they made an exception for professional therapists who support minors in their wish to “change” their sex.

“The exception expressly allows ‘counseling that provides support and assistance to a person undergoing gender transition,’” the majority justices observed.

“No such carveout exists for sexual orientation. The ordinances thus codify a particular viewpoint—sexual orientation is immutable, but gender is not—and prohibit the therapists from advancing any other perspective when counseling clients," they continued.

“That viewpoint may be widely shared in the communities that passed the ordinances, but widespread agreement is beside the point; the question is whether a speaker’s viewpoint determines his license to speak. Here, the answer is yes.”

The majority judges stated that viewpoint-based regulations are “an egregious form of content discrimination” and that there is an argument that they are in themselves unconstitutional.

“The Supreme Court has said that ‘the First Amendment forbids the government to regulate speech in ways that favor some viewpoints or ideas at the expense of others,” they wrote.

Grant and Lagoa were appointed to the bench by President Donald Trump. Lagoa is on Trump’s list of possible Supreme Court nominees, and was rumored to be a frontrunner to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before Trump officially nominated now-Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

Circuit Judge Beverly B. Martin, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, dissented from the decsion. She believes that talk therapy aimed at helping clients reduce their same-sex desires or gender confusion is a “harmful medical practice.”

“The majority is correct to say this case implicates sensitive considerations about when and how government bodies may regulate speech,” Martin wrote.

“Instances in which a speech restriction is narrowly tailored to serve a compelling interest are deservedly rare. But they do exist,” she continued.

“I believe the Localities’ narrow regulation of a harmful medical practice affecting vulnerable minors falls within the narrow band of permissibility.”

‘They despise you’: Tucker Carlson firmly states corona laws are ‘an act of hostility’ against America

'This is not conventional hypocrisy,' Carlson said this week. 'This is, let’s stop lying, an act of hostility against the population of the country. They despise you. They are flaunting it.'

WASHINGTON D. C., November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) -- Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom of California recently was captured in a photograph that “so perfectly crystalizes a moment that you want to hang it in a museum as a testament to history,” according to Tucker Carlson on his nightly news show Wednesday evening.

Carlson added that “decades from now, our descendants will look at this one image and know what it was like to live in America in the year 2020.” That photograph showed Newsom dining with his wife and some friends at The French Laundry, a Michelin three-star restaurant in Napa Valley, on the night of November 6.

Any health regulations that the group would have needed to follow were laid out in the Guidance for Private Gatherings that was issued by the California Department of Health on October 9. Some of those mandatory requirements are listed here:

  • Gatherings that include more than 3 households are prohibited (emphasis theirs). This includes everyone present, including hosts and guests. Remember, the smaller the number of people, the safer.

  • For any gatherings permitted under this guidance, the space must be large enough so that everyone at a gathering can maintain at least a 6-foot physical distance physical from others (not including their own household) at all times.

  • When gathering, face coverings must be worn in accordance with the CDPH Guidance on the Use of Face Coverings (PDF), unless an exemption is applicable.

The Newsom get-together included about 12 guests who came “to celebrate the 50thbirthday of Jason Kinney, a longtime friend and advisor to Newsom who is also a partner at the lobbying firm Axiom Advisors,” according to the San Fransisco Chronicle who broke the story. The newspaper tried to confirm if the guests came from more than three households. It said, “Representatives for Kinney and Newsom declined to specify how many households the diners represented, but did not dispute that it was more than three.”

The photograph, supplied by Fox 11 in Los Angeles, reveals that the group also violated other health regulations. Carlson elaborated on the affair:

It was held in a private room, and not a spacious private room either. All 12 people were packed in tight, shoulder to shoulder, breathing on each other, no social distancing here. Not one of them is wearing a mask … Gavin Newsom’s birthday party was a germ factory and his guests were human petri dishes.

Carlson then commented on the guests who were present:

Next to Governor Newsom sat the CEO of the California Medical Association, and one over from him, one of the State’s top health lobbyists … So, if you’re wondering why, if you live in California, you can’t have Thanksgiving this year or visit you mother as she dies alone in a hospital, it is because of them and people like them.

Newsom tried to explain the situation to the California public:

I made a bad mistake. Instead of sitting down, I should have stood up and walked back, got in my car and drove back to my house … You can quibble about the guidelines, etc., etc., but the spirit of what I’m preaching all the time was contradicted, and I got to own that, and so, I want to apologize to you.

Carlson rebuked Newsom for claiming to have had “no idea that there were going to be a dozen people at your own party ... It’s too stupid to be an explanation, and we are stupider for pretending to believe it … But he’s forcing us to play along with an absurd lie.”

Carlson continued, “On the other hand, at least Gavin Newsom didn’t follow the lead of Nancy Pelosi and blame the restaurant.” Pelosi earlier this year tried to blame the hair salon she attended without a mask for setting her up. Similarly, “Gavin Newsom didn’t follow the example of Diane Feinstein. Feinstein has refused to answer any questions as she parades around the halls of the United States Senate and private airport terminals, [or FBO’s], maskless and exposed.”

As for the honoree at the birthday party, Jason Kinney, Carlson quoted his spokesperson who said, “The guests specifically requested outdoor seating, and that was provided by the restaurant.” However, the photograph clearly shows otherwise.

Not everyone gets the same kind of treatment as political figures and their friends. Carlson gave the example of a lone man who was paddle boarding off the coast of Malibu this past spring:

[The police] saw this, they got in boats, they alerted the Coast Guard, and then sheriff’s deputies put this criminal in handcuffs. They arrested him and threatened him with six months in prison for breaking corona law. And the media in California treated it like it was totally normal.

Carlson added that the rules are different for those who commit crimes:

Go ahead and loot Target, or torch a fast-food franchise, or beat up an old lady. That’s federally protected political speech, but authentic human contact? No, only the ruling class gets that … This is not conventional hypocrisy. This is, let’s stop lying, an act of hostility against the population of the country. They despise you. They are flaunting it.

Carlson went on to point out Newsom’s hypocrisy regarding education in the State of California:

Last month, for example, we learned that Gavin Newsom was sending his own children to private school. He made sure they could get in-person classroom education … At the same time that he was sending his own children to class in a real school, public school districts remain closed because he ordered them closed.

The details of Newsom’s decision to send his kids to private school while public school kids remained at home can be found here.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – In response to the crisis unfolding in our world and in the Church, LifeSite is offering Catholics throughout the world a chance to be united daily in prayer, in the Our Lady of Fatima Rosary Crusade.

Catholics from all over the world—from Israel, Uganda, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, Pakistan, Singapore, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and other countries—are gathering daily to pray the rosary, led by Father Anthony Pillari, J.C.L., an American priest currently studying in Italy.

Our goal is, by means of this daily rosary and by embracing and living out the message given by the Virgin Mary at Fatima, the triumph of Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart.

To help obtain that goal, Bishop Athanasius Schneider graciously composed the following prayer for this worldwide rosary crusade:

O Immaculate Heart of Mary, you are the holy Mother of God and our tender Mother. Look upon the distress in which the Church and the whole of humanity are living because of the spread of materialism and the persecution of the Church. In Fatima you warned against these errors, as you spoke about the errors of Russia. You are the Mediatrix of all graces. Implore your Divine Son to grant this special grace for the Pope: that he might consecrate Russia to your Immaculate Heart, so that Russia will be converted, a period of peace will be granted to the world, and your Immaculate Heart will triumph, through an authentic renewal of the Church in the splendor of the purity of the Catholic Faith, of the sacredness of Divine worship and of the holiness of the Christian life. O Queen of the holy Rosary and our sweet Mother, turn your merciful eyes to us and graciously hear this our trusting prayer. Amen.

+ Athanasius Schneider, Auxiliary Bishop of the archdiocese of Saint Mary in Astana

As St. Padre Pio once said, “The rosary is the weapon for these times.” Through prayer, God can shape history, change the world, and bring about a great time of renewal and peace for the Church and for the world, through the triumph of Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart. Join us today!

If you would like to follow along with the prayers said during this rosary, you can access them via this PDF. This document also includes a brief F.A.Q. pertaining to the daily rosary on LifeSite led by Fr. Pillari.

One of the prayers Fr. Pillari will also be saying for special protection is the following:

"O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee; crush the plans of the enemy under your heel, and obtain from your Divine Son an election according to His Holy Will.”

For the last 27 days of the 54-day novena, add: “we thank you for obtaining this grace.”

BALTIMORE, Maryland, November 19, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Maryland’s pro-abortion Republican Governor Larry Hogan said in a keynote speech on Monday to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Institute that the “time has come” for President Donald Trump to concede the 2020 election to Joe Biden.

“More and more people are giving him that advice but he’s not listening,” said Hogan, a frequent Trump critic who admitted he wrote in Ronald Reagan’s name on his ballot for the 2020 presidential election.

“Like it or not, the president didn’t win,” he said. “Certainly, there is a process for challenging any irregularities we have but, so far, there hasn’t been any evidence and they haven’t won any cases.”

Hogan may be positioning himself for a 2024 presidential run. CNN asked if he was thinking about running for president in 2024, to which he replied, “A lot of people are encouraging me to think about it but I am in the middle of a state of emergency.”

CNN reported, “Hogan, who explored the possibility of challenging Trump for the Republican nomination in 2020, is essentially holding himself up as the possible leader of the Trump-less Republican Party and degrading the numerous Senators with eyes on that same role.”

Hogan banned therapy for unwanted sexual attractions in Maryland and categorized churches as non-essential during the coronavirus shutdown, even banning priests from being within six feet of parishioners, rendering the administration of Sacraments impossible.

A Baltimore Sun editorial asked in 2018 if Hogan was actually a closet Democrat, noting, “Maryland's governor supported legislation that will result in more than $700 million in tax increases. … The governor battled the Trump administration on clean cars and dirty power plants, supported three significant gun control measures and allowed bills to become law that establish automatic voter registration, protect LGBT youth and support public sector unions.”

Governments’ COVID response enshrines strip clubs and swingers, spurns prayer

Many officials act as if sin, unrest, and vice help contain the virus.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — If the coronavirus crisis is as serious as they say it is, leaders should help establish the credibility of the threat. In many places, they are failing miserably. In many jurisdictions, measures adopted supposedly to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic appear to be biased against virtue and in favor of vice.

Indeed, many officials act as if sin, unrest, and vice help contain the virus. Religious gatherings, however, are automatically labeled super-spreader events, a threat to public health. Such unfair treatment undermines the credibility of efforts to control the pandemic. Worse yet, no one seems to care about such an obvious conclusion.

Opening strip clubs as a First Amendment right

For example, California Christians were perplexed by the recent ruling of a San Diego judge who said strip clubs cannot be closed during COVID-19 restrictions. They must be allowed to reopen “to provide live adult entertainment” as an expression of their First Amendment rights.

Places of worship presented identical arguments to state officials. Yet, for months, churches remained closed or are subject to arbitrary and absurd restrictions on indoor and outdoor services. The First Amendment explicitly mentions worship. Authorities could not care less. Strip clubs, however, matter greatly to them.

Bias against worship

This government bias is not new. It seems to be a reoccurring precedent. Early in the lockdowns, churchgoers were shocked to find religious worship shut down as “non-essential,” while abortion facilities and marijuana dispensaries were classified as essential services. “Mostly peaceful” protests and riots also appeared to be exempt from coronavirus restrictions. Public officials even attended marches and other events where compliance with “social distancing” and masking norms was not observed. The Portland, Oregon nightly riots were deemed an expression of First Amendment rights. Rioters there were not reading Bibles, but burning them.

Decisions like the San Diego ruling highlight the unfair and arbitrary nature of the virus restrictions.  Moreover, the criterion for judgment is not revered science, so often cited by liberals as the justification for everything. Officials are giving free rein to sin and vice. Their assessments just happen to coincide with the hostile attitudes of liberal judges, governors, and other “enlightened” officials toward religion.

A ‘swinger convention’ in New Orleans

Another example of liberal bias is the recent swingers’ convention in New Orleans. Hundreds of “swingers” descended upon the city to swap partners and potentially expose others in close sexual proximity. The four-day affair, called “Naughty in Nawlins,” took place as a “surge” of COVID-19 cases nationwide prompted many communities to enact more restrictions.

Nevertheless, the program of the event is a marathon of opportunities for exposure and close contacts. It includes a clothing-optional cruise, rooftop pool parties, matchmaking events, an “Erotic Ball,” and seminars on flogging. The group will also visit and party on Bourbon Street in downtown New Orleans. Organizers insist that masks will be worn and activities will be divided into smaller than normal groups.

However, the event occurs when city officials warned of a spike in COVID-19 cases in the city, which they blamed on Halloween festivities and university parties. They said there is a “short window of time” to take measures before implementing stricter rules that would prevent large gatherings like the swingers’ convention from happening.

Vice appears to enjoy “Most Favored Status” in the city. The most immoral activities are considered part of the city’s coronavirus recovery program. In early November, an open-air concert by Christian social media influencer Sean Feucht drew 400 attendees who were not adequately masked. Unlike the university parties, the event drew outrage from the mayor’s office.

Sending the wrong message

Such favoring of sin sends a mixed message: promiscuity will be promoted while virtuous action in other sectors will be restricted.

Officials ask the population to stay away from one another and avoid unnecessary contact while at the same time promoting the most intimate of contacts. People are told to change their daily lives radically, while others can freely gratify their vices.

Restricting Mass, sacraments, and church prayer while allowing a swingers’ convention and strip clubs is contradictory. If the key to containing COVID-19 is a spirit of restraint, why promote swingers and strip clubs, which channel unrestraint and a disregard for all rules of morality?

Excluding and scorning God

Finally, the official response to the coronavirus outbreak is a naturalistic and atheistic attitude that excludes God from any containment strategy. God is deemed non-essential. The response goes one step farther by facilitating sins and vices that offend God and destroy society. These officials undermine their efforts and scorn Christians, giving them reasons to doubt their impartiality.

How can people take the coronavirus measures seriously when they exclude out of hand the supernatural means through which real solutions come? A proper response would be to call upon God, who can do all things, to mitigate the virus’s devastation. Ignoring God is a foolish policy. It always ends in disaster.

Top Trump lawyer foretells huge new evidence dump in 2020 vote fraud case

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — I believe, as someone who has been “on the calls,” that Trump’s legal team will easily be able to prove in court that massive voter fraud has occurred and that the president actually won re-election. I say this with 100 percent confidence.

On this question, the liberal media, which unfortunately now include FOX News, have made themselves the enemy of the truth. Their hapless talking egos continue to demand that President Trump produce the evidence of the voter fraud at the same time that they can’t be bothered to read the many affidavits that have been submitted to the courts, much less report on them to the public.

Over the next two weeks, the flood of evidence that will be released will drown their credibility forever.

Let’s start with Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor who is one of President Trump’s attorneys. This morning, Sidney was on Glenn Beck’s radio show, where she told him there are lawsuits coming in each and every one of the swing states. The evidence in these lawsuits will consist of eyewitnesses to and victims of voting fraud; actual raw data from the precincts, which takes time to get and analyze; and affidavits from experts who will explain that the resulting anomalies in the data are statistically impossible.

Take the testimony of Russell Ramsland, who is an expert in election fraud detection. Ramsland, who served in the Reagan administration, has submitted an affidavit swearing that “significant anomalies and red flags” were evident in the Michigan tallies, without which Biden would not have won the state.

What kind of red flags are we talking about? Here’s one example from Ramsland’s affidavit: “There are a stunning 3,276 precincts where the presidential votes cast compared to the estimated voters ... ranges from 84 percent to 350 percent ... [revealing] 431,954 excess ballots.”

And “excess ballot” is a polite way of saying a fraudulent ballot.

Then there is evidence laid out by Rudy Giuliani at yesterday’s press conference. First he spoke of a pattern of organized voter fraud that stretches across the United States:

As we started investigating, both our investigations and the very brave and patriotic American citizens that have come forward, extraordinary number of people, extraordinary number of witnesses, and what emerged very quickly is it's not a singular voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states. Almost exactly the same pattern, which to any experienced investigator, prosecutor would suggest there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these acts of voter fraud specifically focused on big cities, and big cities, as you can imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats and particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption. ... They were good. I don't know that they were that good because they made significant mistakes, like all crooks do, and we caught them.

In swing state after swing state, the same pattern emerges: little or no oversight while mail-in ballots were being counted, Republican polls-watchers being kept at a distance or thrown out entirely, the counting being carried out in secret in the middle of the night, huge spikes of ballots for Biden suddenly appearing afterward, and Dominion Voting Systems being used for the tabulation of ballots.

Giuliani tore into the media for claiming that there is "no evidence" of fraud, saying: “Do you know how many affidavits we have in the Michigan case? Two hundred and twenty affidavits. What they swear to is that at 4:30 in the morning, a truck pulled up to the Detroit center where they were counting ballots. The people thought it was food so they all ran to the truck. It wasn’t food, it was thousands and thousands of ballots, and the ballots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were cardboard boxes and they were taken into the center. They were put on a number of tables.”

“At that time,” Giuliani continued, “they thought all of the Republican inspectors had left, all but two had. Here’s what they jointly swear to: that every ballot that they could see, everything that they could hear, these were ballots for Biden. When they saw a ballot, these were ballots only for Biden, nothing down ticket. Many of them were triple-counted."

Of course, garbage cans full of phony ballots is old school. New school is electronic voter fraud.

This takes us back to Sidney Powell’s interview with Glenn Beck, which suggested to me that we may soon learn more about how computerized voting systems in the U.S. and overseas were used in the election heist.

We know that the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in dozens of states were connected to the internet, even when they should not have been. It would be surprising if there were not a master server or servers where all — and I do mean all — of the voting data are sent and stored in real time.

And here’s where the story gets really, really interesting.

For several days there have been reports that U.S. forces carried out a raid on a facility in Frankfurt, Germany, run by a company called ScytI that was involved in storing, counting, and perhaps manipulating U.S. voter data, and that its computer servers had been seized. (It is too complicated to explain here, but all of the companies involved in computerized voting, with names like Smartmatic and Dominion, seem to all be connected in some way and to all use the same software.)

Interestingly enough, reports said that the CIA had not been informed in advance of the raid.

At yesterday’s press conference, Powell publicly confirmed that the German raid had indeed taken place but stated that she was not sure, as she put it, whether “the good guys or the bad guys got the servers.”

Last night on Lou Dobbs’s show, she went farther, saying, “I know [the Frankfurt facility] is one of the server centers. There is also one in Barcelona. So it is related to the entire Smartmatic-Dominion operation. We do not know whether the good guys got the servers or whether the bad guys got them. Being on the outside of the government, we simply don’t know. I’m hoping it’s the good guys, and if they have [the servers], then there should be scads of evidence of frankly an international criminal conspiracy of the worst sort.”

When Lou Dobbs asked if those servers contained the records of all of the votes that were processed by Dominion or Smartmatic, Powell answered yes. She added, “People can watch the votes stream in live. For example, there was a Dominion employee, high up, at the Detroit center on the night of the election. He could have watched the votes come in live and manipulated them in that process. It could have run an automatic algorithm against all the votes, which we believe is what happened originally, and then the machines had to stop and the count had to stop in multiple places because President Trump’s lead was so great at that point that they had to stop the vote-counting and come in and backfill the votes they needed to change the results.”

Today, to Glenn Beck, she dropped another bombshell: “I am hearing that it was our forces that got the servers.”

Our forces. That means the good guys.

Now, if these turn out to be the master servers that recorded all of the voting data flowing in from all of the thousands of Dominion voting machines across the U.S. on Election Night, then things are about to get very interesting.

Interesting, too, is that the main Dominion office in Toronto has closed along with the Dominion office in Denver. Hundreds of Dominion employees have deleted their LinkedIn accounts and other social media profiles. And, just this morning, Dominion representatives didn’t show up for an oversight hearing of the Pennsylvania Assembly at which they were scheduled to appear. These are not the actions of a company that has nothing to hide.

Powell said to Beck that the Trump campaign will start releasing documents to trusted journalists and putting them online within the next couple of days.

Judge sympathizes with drunk trans ‘women’ who beat up UK teen for calling them fake women

‘You’re not a woman – you need a fanny to be a woman,’ the 19-year-old male teen told the men who were dressed as women.

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – One of my more unpopular observations is that despite progressives claiming the mantle of diversity and inclusion and conservatives being typecast as bigots, the majority of those who hold socially conservative views are actually non-white (and often immigrants.) This is true in Canada, it is increasingly true in the United States, and in the U.K., the Church of England is attempting to find creative ways to affirm transgenderism while imams demand that public schools stop indoctrinating their children on LGBT issues.

Thus, one of the ironies of identity politics is that LGBT activists and socially conservative minorities often vote for the same politicians in weird coalitions of inconvenience (which, as I noted in The American Conservative last week, could easily collapse if an economically liberal and socially conservative option presented itself.) Progressives who call social conservatives bigots seem unaware that the same accusation applies to their own immigrant voters, who for religious, cultural, or common sense reasons have not followed their largely white counterparts down the rabbit hole.

The clash between the growing intolerance of the LGBT movement and immigrants was encapsulated this week by a bizarre story in the Daily Mail about a vicious assault by a “gang of drunken transgender women who stamped on a teenager outside a Tube station.” The victim of the attack, a 19-year-old named Al Shaheeb, had apparently gotten into a verbal altercation in the early morning hours of June 24, 2018 with three people (the aforementioned “gang of drunken transgender women”). He pointed out to one of them that “You’re not a woman – you need a fanny to be a woman.” In other words, the teen pointed out that the males dressed as women actually have no female genitalia.

This statement of fact resulted in the teen first getting “drop-kicked,” “booted,” and “stamped” on. After the beating, he was taken to the hospital, and during the recent trial of the transgender thugs, the Inner London Court heard that he had “severe abrasions and a black eye.”

In sentencing the four brawlers — three got a six-month curfew between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., and the fourth got a conditional two-year discharge — Judge Nigel Seed then “told the gang” that he sympathized with their motives.

“The four of you … were subjected to extremely transphobic and racial abuse. Had it not been for that there would have been no violent disorder,” he stated. “However, that does not excuse what you did, you went too far in your reactions — but, of course, transphobic issues are particularly sensitive … I do not in any way condone your behavior, but I accept that what happened to you at the beginning of the incident was entirely wrong and people like you should not be subject to that abuse in the public domain or anywhere.”

Now, I accept that this teenager spoke the right words but likely at the wrong time and place. Considering the time of the altercation, he was probably drunk. But a British judge telling a group of thugs who kicked and stomped a teen into the pavement for telling biological men that actual women have female genitalia — that is ridiculous. The judge didn’t let them off scot-free, fortunately, but essentially told them that their rage was merely a slight overreaction to something self-evidently offensive.

The reality is that the progressive worldview is more than simply post-Christian now. It is an alternative reality in which one must suspend belief in basic biology, ignore what their eyes tell them, and place their faith in an ever-evolving ideology rather than common sense and the wisdom of millennia. Those arriving in the West are not only meeting different faiths (or, more often, a lack thereof) but an entirely different way of looking at the world. That is far more than a culture shock. These are disagreements about the basic premises not only of society but of fundamental facts about who we are and how we understand being human.

Jonathon’s new podcast, The Van Maren Show, is dedicated to telling the stories of the pro-life and pro-family movement. In his latest episode, he interviews Dr. Ryszard Legutko, a philosopher, politician, and professor from Krakow, Poland, to discuss Legutko’s fight against both communism and liberal democracy.
